Refund policy

Due to the fragile nature of our clay and marble products, we do not accept returns for items that have been delivered, opened, or used. Returning fragile items increases the risk of damage during reverse shipping.

For non-fragile wooden products, returns may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Replacements Policy

We offer replacements in the following cases:

. Product received broken or damaged during delivery

. Product has major manufacturing defects

. Item received is incorrect or incomplete

We do not replace products with minor color variations, small marks, or natural material imperfections, as these are part of handcrafted products.

How to Request a Replacement

Please WhatsApp us at +92-340-4563777 within 48 hours of delivery with:

. Clear photos of the damaged product

. A 30-second video showing the issue

. Full name

. Complete delivery address

. City & contact number

Once approved, your replacement will be dispatched within 2 weeks of your complaint.

Note:

. For clay pots or woks, replacements will include only the pot (handles and lids are not included).

. Defective items do not need to be returned; you may keep them.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Approved refunds are processed within 30 days after confirmation.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

1. Recheck your bank account

2. Contact your card provider (processing times may vary)

3. Contact your bank

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

Missing Items

If you ordered multiple items and received an incomplete order after full payment, please contact us on WhatsApp.

. If an item is out of stock, you may choose to:

  • Wait 15–30 days for restocking, or
  • Request a refund (processed within 30 days)

Gifts

. If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, a store credit will be issued once approved.

. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

Shipping for Returns (Non-Fragile Items Only)

For approved non-fragile returns, items should be shipped to:

. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

. Shipping charges are non-refundable

. Refunds (if approved) will exclude return shipping costs

. For items valued above PKR 8,000, we recommend using a trackable courier or shipping insurance
